Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, we may require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email. This information will be used to contact or identify you.

We collect:

• A list of Facebook pages (with access token) you manage (if granted access to your Facebook account).
• A list of your YouTube channels (with access token) (if granted access to your YouTube account).
• Your name and email address.
• Access tokens for Facebook, Twitch and YouTube to perform actions on your behalf, including: creating and scheduling live streams, starting and stopping live streams, retrieving information about live streams, pulling comments, and creating and removing comments from live stream chat.
• Data related to your live streams.

We use YouTube API Services for YouTube-related functionality (specifically live video streaming). By using our service, you agree that we access and use your YouTube data in accordance with this policy and YouTube's terms of service.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide our core services of scheduling and hosting live videos on your Facebook pages, YouTube channels, and other streaming destinations.
• Improve and optimize our services.
• Communicate with you about our services.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided in this policy. We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or any purpose other than providing our core live streaming services.

Some of your data may be stored on cloud infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud Platform) solely for the purpose of operating our service. These providers act as data processors and do not have access to use your data for their own purposes.

Flowcasta employees or contractors may access your data when necessary for debugging or problem-solving purposes. Such access is limited to what is required to resolve the issue.

We may disclose your information only when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

Data Retention and Storage

• Authorized Data: We only store and process authorized data (YouTube channel information, live stream information and access tokens). We do not store or retrieve non-authorized data. Stored for as long as you are an active client of Flowcasta, but for no longer than 30 calendar days without refresh or authorization verified. We refresh this data every 30 days or delete it if you revoke access to your YouTube, Twitch or Facebook account.
• Live Stream Data: Real-time data (for example, live stream view counts) is retrieved and used in real-time only, not stored on our servers. Core functionality data (for example, stream status and live comments) is stored as long as necessary for our services, with authorization verified every 30 days.

Data Accuracy: During live streams or when you have scheduled live streams through Flowcasta, we periodically check the status of the live stream to ensure we display correct information. This is done only for active or scheduled live streams. While we make every effort to ensure data accuracy and timely updates, the most current data is always available through Facebook, Twitch or YouTube's own services.

User-Initiated Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through our live chat. Upon receiving such a request, we will delete your data as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. This deletion only affects data stored by Flowcasta and does not impact data stored by YouTube or other streaming platforms.

Account Deletion: If you delete your account from our service, we will also delete all user data we have stored related to your account as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

We store your data securely on encrypted cloud servers in the United States, using industry-standard security measures including strict access controls, encryption at rest, and internal security audits.

User Rights and Data Control

YouTube API Services

We use YouTube API Services. By using our service, you are also bound by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

Whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, perform Service-related services, or assist in analyzing Service usage.
